Mieko Takahashi
Bio
Mieko Takahashi is a Brooklyn-based food, beverage, and prop stylist originally from Kobe, Japan. After moving to New York to study product design at Parsons School of Design, her creative path gradually led her from design into styling. There, she quickly discovered a natural fit, combining her lifelong love of baking with a trained eye for texture, color, and composition.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful approach to materials, Mieko brings a refined, artful perspective to every set. She believes that when food and drink are truly delicious, their beauty naturally shines through—and she has a gift for capturing that authenticity. When she’s not styling, Mieko enjoys baking, cooking dishes from around the world, tending to her plants, and exploring Brooklyn for inspiration.
